Okay, admit it, summer brings out the kid in you doesn’t it?  While I enjoy being able to wear shorts and flip-flops, another thing I love about summer is grilling outdoors!  Speaking of the grill, have you tried the new chuck roll cuts?  The Delmonico Steak, Country-Style Beef Chuck Ribs and the Denver Cut are absolutely wonderful on the grill.  Some folks like to braise the ribs before grilling, while others simply grill – either way, they taste fantastic.   Next summer, we’ll be talking about new cuts from the round, if not sooner. We are working on making the current round cuts more tender and juicy and we’ll have some new individual muscle cuts too.  Our goal is to make them great on the grill. Now that’s worth hanging “a-round” for! Have a great summer!
