The Beef Innovations Group is equipped to work one-on-one with any packer, processor or manufacturer who desires or is actively developing beef and veal products that have the potential to increase demand for beef. We consider “products” to be anything from a new carcass fabrication technique or individual steak cut, to the latest handheld convenience item.

There are many ways to work with our team, and services range from information sharing and marketing expertise to hands-on, in-operation technical or production assistance, to consumer research. We can look at products from every angle—from conception to point of sale—looking for ways to optimize its potential. Companies who tap into our resources bring their toughest challenges, or lean on us for expertise they don’t have in-house.
