The Beef Innovations Group is equipped to work one-on-one with any packer, processor or manufacturer who desires or is actively developing beef and veal products that have the potential to increase demand for beef. We consider “products” to be anything from a new carcass fabrication technique or individual steak cut, to the latest handheld convenience item.

We can look at products from every angle—from conception to point of sale—looking for ways to optimize its potential.
