Sandwiches

Caesar Sirloin Sandwich: Grill Sirloin Tip Center Steak to medium rare; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese near the end of grilling. Serve in garlic-rubbed grilled Kaiser roll with romaine lettuce, tomato slices and creamy Caesar mayonnaise.

Grilled Sirloin Center Steak & Pesto on Focaccia: Brush Beef Sirloin Center Tip Steak with basil pesto and grill to medium rare. Carve beef and fan slices on top of focaccia. Top with roasted red pepper strips and fontina cheese.

Entrees

Bayou Surf & Turf: New Orleans-style blackened Sirloin Tip Center Steak combined with a heaping serving of batter fried jumbo shrimp. Served with a side of cole slaw and Cajun rice.
Contemporary Carne Asada: Lightly marinate Sirloin Tip Center Steak with olive oil, lime juice and coarse ground pepper. Broil, char-grill or sauté beef to medium rare. Serve with refried beans, guacamole, salsa and griddle-baked quesadillas filled with a Mexican cheese blend.

Grilled Sirloin Tip Center Steak with Flavored Butters: Enhance grilled or sautéed Sirloin Tip Center Steak with a dollop of intense Mediterranean-flavored butter. Try a rosemary or traditional basil pesto butter. For a Provencal variation, blend butter with minced sun-dried tomato, Nicoise olives and a touch of garlic.

Salads

Thai Cobb Steak Salad: Marinate Sirloin Tip Center Steak in a lime juice based vinaigrette; grilled to medium rare. Carve steak into think strips and combine with diced avocado, tomatoes, bean sprouts and Asian cucumbers. Drizzle with a spicy peanut dressing.

Country-Fried Steak Salad: Pound Sirloin Tip Center Steak and cut into thin strips. Dip steak strips in a rich batter and fry until golden and crispy. Serve over a bed of greens along with Monterey Jack cheese, Cheddar cheese, tomato, bacon and green onions. Serve with a citrus vinaigrette.
